Mycorrhiza Diversity in Some Intercropping Systems of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L) and Faba Bean (Vicia faba L)

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) is the most widely distributed in soil and can make a symbiosis with roots of host plants to form arbuscular symbionts. Intercropping practice polyculture cropping where two or more plant species are simultaneously cultivated same field. The objective this study was define effect intercropping on density diversity spores. In study, potatoes faba beans, both which have ability mycorrhizae, were intercropped. A randomized group design 5 planting system treatments employed replications. results concluded that spores pattern not statistically different from mycorrhiza monoculture cultivation pattern. types found included genus Glomus, Funneliformis, Scutellospora, Cetraspora, Septoglomus, Entrophospora Keywords: pH; Root exudate; Spore density, identification; diversity.
